The Secretary of Mobility, @gustavoorozco4097, is the U Party's appointee, the one sent by Governor @DilianFranciscaToroTorresG to the Cali Mayor's Office... He should be ashamed to remain in charge of a department he hasn't been able to lead in solving the daily problems of Cali's residents.
