How to Fix Blurry Streams on 1440p Monitors (OBS Studio Downscale Guide 2026)
If you have a 1440p monitor but want to stream at 1080p without pixelation, you need to change your Video Canvas settings, not just your Output Rescale.
The Fix:
Go to Settings Video.
Set Base Canvas to 2560x1440 (Your Monitor).
Set Output Scaled to 1920x1080 (Your Stream).
Set Downscale Filter to Lanczos (Sharpening).
