Steps:
Open the PicsArt app and click +
Select an image you want to use to generate a color swatch from
Scroll across the toolbar and tap on Draw
Then tap on the Shape icon and choose the square or circle filled options
Tap on the rainbow color picker then use the eyedropper icon and drag the cursor to highlight the color that you want
Use your finger to draw a shape in that color on top of your photo
Repeat with other colors
Apply and save your edit!
