Genshin Impact on Single and Dual-Core CPU Affinity
What if we allocate one CPU core to Genshin Impact, just like running it on a single-core Pentium 4 back in early 2000s. Also, let's allocate two cores on it, just like running it on a Core 2 Duo hehe.
NOTE: At 7:30, the current core allocation is 2 of 4. Not all cores being utilized at that point.

Clock-rate: 3.0 GHz, up to 3.5 GHz turbo boost.
