The last missions of the Night Elves campaign, The Brothers Stormrage shows us that Tyrande is trapped between Scourge basses near The Ruins of Dalaran. Illidan and his Naga joins forces with Malfurion and Prince Kael'thas "Kael" Sunstrider in order to reach and save her. After that Illidan makes peace with his brother and leaves for Outland followed by Maiev Shadowsong who is desperate for vengeance.
