This set was improvised mainly for meditational shibari, but can easily work as a deep meditation background as well. I myself enjoyed just sitting eyes closed and listening to it. It made me very relaxed.
I constructed the session in a way that should take you quite deep within and then gently bring you up in a more positive vibe at the end. The movements are very gradual so there won't be any sudden changes.
