If you are using other streaming software's such as Elgato or Geforce experience you just need the plugin itself as a standalone, it will apply the settings automatically

For viewers with low speed internet, streams without the twitch quality selection may use this plugin which forces transcoding, allowing more viewers who would otherwise lag. This problem can also happen due to a bad connection with twitch, this gets fixed by using the settings provided.
