You have to work with the channel title menus to:
1. Split Stereo track.
2. Change From "Left" to "Right" and vice versa.
and finally either
3a. In the main menu: Tracks/Mix and render
or
3b. Move track up/down, depending on which you pick
4b. Make stereo track
