DCT Demo using OpenCV [ Discrete Cosine Transform]
After making Discrete cosine transform to the image , I took some frequencies to see their effect and as you can see when taking high frequencies more details appear.
What you are seeing is a sequence of 100 image starting from 1x1 to 100x100 frequencies, you can see the number of the image at the top left.
Final image is 100x100= 10000 frequencies of the original image
The original image is 960*720= 691200 pixel
so i used only 1.44% of the original size and get almost a good result.
