Learn how to interact with sprites using your mouse in Scratch!
Attach a forever loop to a green flag events block and put an if-else block inside this loop. If the mouse is touching the sprite, you can change the way the sprite looks. Otherwise, clear the graphic effects to reset the sprite back to normal.
