Fusion Between: The World / TW (Base) + Star Platinum Prime or Star Platinum The World (SPP / SPTW) Sub since both has the same fusion ability :V
Note the reason why i made this fusion is because i read a yaoi between Jotaro and Dio and i wonder what would happen if they both "Fused" in Project Jojo / pjj
Star World Is a tanky and a damage dealer fusion , it can do high amount of damage because of the fusion ability with buff melee damage by 1.75 damage which is very broken to be honest with you . The only way you could make it tanky is if you have vampire and ultimate as sub ability , if you want it to be a damage dealer you should have divine or saintly as spec and add hamon to boost damage even more .To be honest with you vampire is more suited for star world as THE WORLD has a special ability only for vampire which is suck people health away but since you have 1.75x more damage which mean you gain 1.75 more health when you use the move . In PVP THE WORLD has the longest time stop with a 11 second time stop which make it very annoying to fight as you are wasting 11 sec before you die , Every Second Counts In Gang wars, So Star World is good as a support also if you have tusk or SPP user with you which they can move during time stop making it very good for them to hit the user . Lastly Star World with vampire and Ultimate is a quite a good boss farmer it does not one shot but at least it can kill them and it super cheap as both of them are Tier 6 stands which is easily to obtain . The Road ROller does the most damage but it the hardest to hit compare to any other moves Star World has
Best Project Jojo / Pjj fusion ? Lel depends on you , I think it quite good i rate it 6/10 overall but i quite enjoyed Playing with it so i will rate it 8/10 for enjoyment
