There is no point in sending an email that will never be read. Creating an attractive, personalized, and responsive email will increase your visibility and the chance your contacts will engage.
Next is the subject field. Your subject line is the first thing your contact will see, so be sure to keep it brief and include something that creates interest. You can also customize this subject line by adding personalized information merged from fields on the individual contact record.
The next line is the preview text line. This appears in the recipient's inbox directly under the email subject. Having preview text will also help to increase your open rate. When your email header is complete, you can collapse it by clicking the details button underneath the preview text line. Now you are ready to work on your email.
