We start the tutorial by using camera raw filter's powerful, yet easy to use noise reduction tool to clean up the image, then I show you a to enhance or isolate any section of the photo that you want to remain sharp using a simple layer mask. Although noise is most common in darker photos that were taken in low light using a higher ISO, it can also be a problem with brighter pictures with high ISO as well. You also might get more image noise if you increase exposure in photoshop as well.
