Press L1+R1+L2+R2 to bring cheat bar up.
X to type.
Enter testingcheats true
Enter cas.fulleditmode
L1+R1+L2+R2 to get rid of bar.
Now hover over a Sim and push X and O at the same time. You should get a Modify in CAS option.
