Screen Overlay Detected? - Permissions issues!
If you are running Android Marshmallow 6.0 and above, chances are you have run into this so called SCREEN OVERLAY DETECTED issue. There are certain apps that need granted permissions to work, although you can deny the permissions you want, but for those that actually need that permission in order for that app to work, may have run into this trouble some popup.
All you have to do is toggle off that certain screen overlay app that is causing the app you are trying to get to work, but only temporarily. For some reason, that screen overlay app needs to be off first to grant other apps permissions, which is weird, but that's what it is.
Once you allowed the new app permissions, you can go back to your screen overlay app you toggled off and turn it back on, as it will work properly/normal again without the issue.
