You can fix all Bluetooth connection problems in Windows 7 , 8 ,10 by these four simple methods.
Method #1: 0m4s
Right click on Windows Start Button\Device Manager\Bluetooth. Right click and update (as shown in the video) all items under Bluetooth.
Note: If you can't find anything under Bluetooth OR you don't have bluetooth at all, please read the additional Note at the end of this description

Search for Services and open it. Open Bluetooth Support and set it to Automatic. Start/Restart the service. APPLY and OK.
Method #3: 1m36s
right click on windows start button\control panel\System and security\security and maintenance\troubleshooting\hardware and sound\Hardware and devices. Finish the troubleshooting.
Method #4:
Turn on bluetooth from notifications icon on the bottom right. Now Go to settings\devices\Bluetooth, and make sure bluetooth is turned ON there! Click on More bluetooth options and enable these two
a- allow bluetooth devices to find this pc
b- alert me when a new bluetooth device wants to connect.
Apply and ok! Now pair your device and your problem might have got repaired!

Mainly There are three bluetooth drivers; qualcom, atheros, and broadcom. Your bluetooth driver will be (in most cases) any one of these three. So for e.g. if your old bluetooth driver was qualcom, please download qualcom from the link below. It works for most of the laptops including Dell and Lenovo.
