How to Count Cells with Text in Excel
Use the Countif function to count all cells within your selected range that have text. First, type "=Countif(" then select the range you want to count. After that, end the function with ;"?*")
This method allows you to count cells that contain text in Mocrosoft Excel 365, 2021, 2019, 2016 and 2013.
