A 100 sq. m. winter frame house on reinforced concrete piles. The best frame house design for permanent residence.
In this video, we review a single-story frame house measuring 7 x 14.4 m with a terrace, which we built in August 2024 in the Leningrad Region. This is our best standard design among single-story houses with two bedrooms, a large terrace, and a total area of up to 100 sq. m.
The main feature of this house is the double-height ceiling in the kitchen-living room area.
The house is built in the "Warm Contour" package for permanent residence.
The frame house is built on reinforced concrete piles. The exterior finish is imitation timber. The roof is metal tiles. The windows are double-glazed PVC with laminate. Insulation: 200 mm polyethylene ceiling, 150 mm walls + 20 mm Beltermo, 100 mm partitions.
