In this video, I'll show you how to create paper from scrap paper and colored paper napkins. With a paper scooping frame, you can upcycle old paper, and with napkins and dried flowers, you can create birthday cards, wedding cards, or thank you cards. I'll show you step by step how to make colored paper scooping, how to scoop dried flowers into the paper, and how to attach small dried flower bouquets to the cards. I'll also link everything I used to make the dried flower cards below this video. Have fun watching and trying it out!
