Database Import and Export Using phpMyAdmin (Tutorial)
If you want to clone a 20i website or backup/restore a website's database, you can use phpMyAdmin.
Available directly from the My20i control panel, phpMyAdmin will offers a simple way to move SQL databases.

It's also possible to backup and restore websites in bulk via our control panel - this is just the way to move a single database file using phpMyAdmin.
