Cooking Wingstop with Big Zuu & Manny
We challenged UK Grime’s favourite chef, and chicken wing aficionado - Big Zuu - to create his own unique wing flavour. Zuu was invited into our flagship kitchen one lunchtime, to learn the secrets behind our signature wings from the experts.
During his quest to perfect the ultimate wing flavour, Zuu’s culinary skills are put to the taste test by his good friend, and fellow wing connoisseur, Manny - who helps put into words exactly what an ‘atomified BBQ chicken wing with a hint of parmesan’ tastes like (pepperoni, apparently).
The Big Zuu Flavour may not have officially made it on to the Wingstop UK menu just yet, but 10 other classic wing flavours are cooked fresh every day at our flagship restaurant in Cambridge Circus, with chicken wing, boneless and tender options available.
