Create a Virtual PLC in FT Logix Echo

The process involves opening the software's dashboard, adding a new chassis, and adding a controller from an existing program. A program can then be downloaded to the virtual PLC using Studio 5000 Logix Designer. This virtual PLC can be used for virtual commissioning and testing PLC code without physical hardware.
