INGREDIENTS:
(From this amount I got: 3 12x9 kulich and 1 very small kulich)
To measure the ingredients correctly, use a glass of equal volume and use it as a guide.
Butter - 50 g
Sugar - 2/3 cup
Salt - 2/3 tsp
Eggs - 3 (3 yolks and 2 whites per kulich. 1 white for the glaze)
Flour - 2 cups
Milk - 1/4 cup
Dry yeast - 8 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Cottage cheese - 250 g
Glaze:
Whip the remaining egg whites with 40 g of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of citric acid + a pinch of salt. For this amount of Easter cakes, I recommend using 2 egg whites + 80-100 g of powdered sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Then the icing cap will be thick, giving the cake a special charm.
