Couldnt find a v1.6 Vehicle Controls mod with a proper description so uploaded what I use.

This is based on Immersive driving for 1.5 on Nexusmods by ORIONDSVBBS, but using the install method & variables suggested by nashchelsy on that mods comments, both of which work so good they needed a dedicated upload for better visibility so more users can enjoy! Credit to both of them.
