4 days, 2,460 fish, 17 non-starter zones, 21 perfect roe. Averages to about 145 fish per zone and a 0.85% chance of getting a perfect roe per filleted fish. I used both CP stars related to fishing on the Craft tree, companion Sharp-as-Night, and the Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl food buff.
