This quickie video is in response to a question I got while I was on vacation about how I carbonated a cider. Well, actually, I bottle fermented that cider, but here I show you a "short cut". You need a bit more equipment, but it's not much. You need a 3 liter bottle from the Dollar Tree, a tire stem from the auto parts store, and a CO2 bike tire filler from the bike store. With that hardware, you can carbonate the heck out of a beverage. Seach "Does a given pressure and temperature determine the number of volumes of CO2?" on homebrew.stackexchange.com if you want to know when you should be done carbonating (you need about 2.5 volumes of CO2, usually).
