Ingredients: for making waffles:
Milk 200 ml
Eggs 3
Sugar 150 g
Butter 180 g
Wheat flour 280 g
Baking soda 0.3 tsp
Directions:
1. Combine softened butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. 2. Pour the milk into the bowl and add the eggs.
Stir them into the batter.
3. Gradually add the flour and baking soda and mix. The batter should be thick.
4. Preheat the waffle iron, add the batter, and cover. 5. Cook the waffles for 3-5 minutes.
