Ingredients:
For the test:
Flour - 200 grams;
Butter - 100 grams;
 Chicken egg - 1 piece;
Baking powder - 1 tsp;
A pinch of salt;
Sugar - 50 grams;
Sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon;
For filling:
cottage cheese 400 grams;
Strawberry berries - 300 grams;
Corn starch - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Sugar - 120 grams;
Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
Sour cream - 200 grams;


Cooking:
    In the bowl of the mixer put butter, flour. Baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix everything into a crumb at low speed. Then add the egg, sugar, sour cream and mix again until smooth. I put the dough in a bag and put it in the fridge to cool for 30-40 minutes.
     While the dough is cooling, I prepare the strawberries, partly cut into cubes, partly with plates. Cooking curd filling. I put cottage cheese in a bowl, add chicken eggs, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanilla sugar, and smash everything into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender. Chilled dough is distributed in a form that is lightly greased with butter, so that there are sides.
     I spread some cottage cheese stuffing on the bottom, spread it evenly, put strawberry diced on it, then again a layer of cottage cheese stuffing. From above I spread the sliced ​​strawberries, decorating the surface of the cake. I put baked in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1 hour. I take out the finished cake, let it cool completely and then take it out of the mold. Cut into portions and serve for tea. Have a nice tea party !!!
