CAP BALANCER TG-125 prototype
CAP BALANCER is a spring assisted hinge for heavy lid of manway and so on.
This is the test model of the Free Stop type.
The lid weight of this machine is about 145 kg. The hinge torque of the lid is about 950 N.m.
It can be opened and closed with around 100 N force by hand operation.
The lid can be stopped at any angle. (Except for the angle near full open).
This hinge is detachable from the machine and the lid by 4 bolts.
