The Central Florida Real Estate Market is crazy right now! Within 12 hours of going live on this listing, we had multiple offers, and within 24 hours we were navigating through the highest and best offer with my very happy sellers!
Today I take you behind the scenes of how I market my listings, create an epic open house experience for potential buyers as well as marketing the listing, and dealing with multiple offers. Real Estate can be an emotional thing for not only the buyers, and sellers but the real estate agent as well. Real Estate is also a job that doesn’t end at 5pm as you can see in this video.
I left the open house and went to show other clients a new listing in Isleworth Golf and Country Club then got a call that a family and potential buyers from the open house wanted to look at the house AGAIN before putting in their highest and best offer. A stressful day but within 24 hours I got the house under contract, far over the asking price, and had very happy sellers and clients!
