Partometer is an easy to use and handy tool for object dimensions measurements on pictures.

This video demonstrates how pitch size can be measured using iPhone version of the app.
Pre-measured diameter = 22.23mm is used as a reference length (ROL).
The pitch size is marked with the ruler and results are presented in mm units (1.5mm).
