Easter Sunday Small Boat Style! Mutton Snapper, Wahoo, Permit! Catch Clean Cook
In this episode we head fishing for Easter Sunday aboard our 25’ Shallow Sport X3 in Islamorada, Florida. The weather is beautiful and my friend Colin is in town with his wife. We start out catching pilchards for bait and then run just past the reef to fish. We do some wahoo trolling, bottom fishing for mutton snapper, and sight casting for permit. Everything goes as planned and we have a great day catching everything we targeted. Back at home we make a plate of wahoo sashimi and then blacken and fry some mutton snapper for dinner! Enjoy!
