Step by step guide to add Neon Wipe Transition:
1. Open up project and find two clips.
2. find any fusion transition and place it into timeline
3. right click on transition and click open in fusion
4. Delete transition and add dissolve
5. connect second clip with dissolve
6. select dissolve and switch operation to gradient white
7. activate border, change color if you want
8. click background, modify with amin curves
9. modifiers tab
10. change curve to easing
11. in and out = sine and sine
12. ctrl + space add brightness
13. put saturation down
14. connect brightness with dissolve
15. add glow node and bring shine threshold and spread down
16. right click on gain, modify with, anim curve
17. go to modifier, change curve to easing
18. select in and out sine and click mirror
