DSI Poly Evolver music tribute to Dave Smith, founder of Sequential Circuits (1950-2022). Dave suddenly and tragically passed away on May 31, 2022 and I felt compelled to compose this music in honor of his legacy. This synthesizer performance uses the 12-voice Dave Smith Instruments Poly Evolver, one of his most unique synths.
My condolences to Dave's family, Sequential, fans and all who loved his work. A legend has left us, and there are no words. Thank you Dave for everything you've done for music, the synth world and beyond -- you will be forever missed, and your legacy will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.
