Blender VFX Tutorial : How to Create a Video Glitch Effect
In this Blender Compositing VFX Tutorial, we will be creating a pretty simple Video Glitch Effect. You can build upon this effect by adding more/different nodes but the process is quite easy to do.
By Exposing the Color Channels we can play around with them to get a fringed effect. Then, using a image (link below) we can distort the video and make it look more like a Glitch Effect.
