The Blast Rain Marksman stays strong as a starter build for Last Epoch 1.1 for both leveling and endgame.
The combination of traps and triggers makes the build excel at bossing and provides decent clear as well.
The build is very beginner friendly and comfortable to play - don't disregard mana regeneration though!
