How to replace hp laserjet P3015 Printer Pickup Roller and Separation Pad
In this video, we'll show you how to replace your hp laserjet P3015 pickup roller and separation pad. This repair is often needed and can be done quickly and easily!
Replace the pickup roller if you are getting jams in tray 2 or if its not picking up the paper at all.
1. Press the cartridge-door release button, and then open the cartridge door. Make sure that the door is completely open.
2. Grasp the cartridge handle and pull it out of the product.
3. Pull the tray straight out of the product until it stops.
4. Carefully lift up on the tray to release it, and then remove the tray.
5. Release the roller bushing, rotate the busing up, and then slide the bushing off of the roller shaft.
6. Carefully remove the black-plastic guard
7. Slide the roller toward the left side of the product, rotate the right end of the roller away from the product, and then remove the roller assembly.
8. Tray cassette Remove two screws (callout 1), and then remove the Separation Pad
