The pallet inverter be equipped with an adaptive centering system with sonar measurements which allows the product to be centred very accurately on the new pallet.
This system can be integrated with conveyor and automatic pallet dispenser on Inline pallet changer TOPPY V-SHAPE (pallet inverter for logistic lines).
What products does it move?
It’s a pallet inverter able to move many types of products. Please find below some examples of products able to handle: boxes, vials, containers, bowls, bottles, packages, big bags, big boxes, barrels, paper barrels, buckets, cans, reels, large cartons, paper rolls, plywood etc.
How does the pallet change operation take place?
The pallet turning operation takes place by tilting the load at 120°. In fact, the replacement of the pallet take place thanks to the operator who transports the load with the transpallet or the forklift on the lower platform. By using a control panel, the operator decides to start: the upper platform stops the product in order to allow the load for the overturning of 120°. When the load is overturned and securely locked, the lower platform separates the pallet from the product by returning to the initial position- At this point, the pallet is taken back to the ground divided from the product and it’s changed with another pallet with a forklift or a transpallet.
In this time, the new pallet is over the lower platform and it will be added under the base of the overturned product. The operation ends with the return on the ground of the product plus the new pallet, ready to go.
