Back To It Then | Day in the Life Reset, Fridge Clean Out & Trader Joe’s Shopping & Haul!

In today’s day in the life vlog, I’m sharing what it looks like to slowly climb out of a rut, get back into a routine, and start feeling like myself again — even though it’s already mid-January.
This was a really full, productive, and realistic day. I got a workout in, tackled areas around the house that needed my attention, and finally dealt with spaces that had become catch-alls after the holidays. I did a full fridge clean-out and organization, cleaned out my closet, and worked through the rest of my bedroom that had been storing random things I hadn’t had time to handle until now.
I also took a fun trip to Trader Joe’s where I shared a little shop-with-me, all the new items I saw, and a Trader Joe’s haul. I picked up things for the kids’ lunches to get us through the week, plus some Valentine’s Day goodies for an upcoming Galentine’s get-together.
This video is your reminder that you don’t have to start perfectly or on January 1st — progress still counts, and it feels really good to keep showing up for yourself.
