It Ain't Easy is the last track of side one of David Bowie's 1972 album, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars. The David Bowie version of It Ain't Easy is a cover of a Ron Davies song.
Within the album, this track is a bit of a break between the more glam-infused tracks which come before and after it, and as such, it is a bit on the simple side - particularly the bass line.
