THE CLEAVAGE IS NOT THE PROBLEM || Kai'sa's character design
TOO LONG, DIDN'T WATCH:
Kai'sa's cleavage isn't the problem, the problem is her design fundamentally doesn't match the character concept Riot says she's supposed to embody.
Giving her a design that matches her living conditions and emphasizing the suit as a tool rather than an intimately connected corruptive force would help solve the design problem of showing sufficient human control a lot better than "let's just show skin."

We're going to have to do this one more time because Riot... seem to be letting themselves off a little lightly. Kai'sa's design is a missed opportunity (as I have ranted extensively about before) and "oh no she has some cleavage" isn't even CLOSE to being the real problem with her.
