Fallout 4 Day 1 PC Stuttering Performance Issues
This demonstrates a terrible performance issue that I'm having with Fallout 4 on PC. Running with the game ready Fallout 4 driver from Nvidia. Video shows that I have 2 video cards, but note that this stuttering occurs whether I have SLI on or off (off in this video). Note that framerate would be better but I run at 1440p resolution with ultra settings. Also, lowering resolution and settings doesn't get rid of stuttering.
