If you own a #wltoys 12401 #rccar, you must regularly service and inspect the car diffs. Not all grease types are the same. Therefor in this video, I will service and experience with different kinds of grease for the front and rear differentials. In general, you need to keep the front diffs with thicker grease (or high viscosity) and thinner grease (or lower viscosity) on the rear diffs. By doing that, the car is less likely to be washed out during hard acceleration.

I use marine grease (thick) on the front diffs and bearing grease (thin) on the rear diffs in this video because I want to get rid of the fish tailing effect during hard acceleration. I must say that there is no right or wrong experiencing with different setups for the #rccars for various driving conditions.

If you want to buy the featured model #WLtoys124016 in the video, you can purchase it here https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Dc6...

You can purchase metal replacement parts for these Wltoys V2 rc buggy on #aliexpress https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DEV...

Don't forget to get various shim sizes at the same time purchasing metal upgrade. You will need to shim the parts for better fit. I would get these sizes M3x7 M4x7 M4x8 for a start. All are 0.1mm thickness. https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DEM...
