Want to know how to reorder slicer options in Excel?
Custom lists will be your answer!
Look, optics matter.
Sometimes you want your slicers to be presented in a specific order, but Excel doesn't want to play nice.
In this case, you've got to spell it out for Excel via custom list.
Here's how:
File - Options - Advanced - General - Edit Custom Lists
In here you can either type in your order, or you can import the list you want by linking to a range containing your list (like creating data validation dropdowns).
Hit OK and your slicers will now abide by your custom list as the new default.
Have you given this one a try?
