Oracle Linux 8/ Oracle Database Free 23ai/Oracle Apex installed on an Android phone tested
Installed Oracle Aarch64 linux OS using qemu VM in android phone tested on Smasung S22 plus via Termux App.
additionally installed Oracle Free Database 23ai and Oracle Apex and Ords.
Conclusion : Performance is slow due to unrooted phone and kvm is not supported but it works.
