This video shows the Pleasure Gardens checkpoint from the Leviathan Raid being completed in one phase, with three people. This means that all six beasts were eliminated during the first howl. This requires each of the three players to kill two beasts by themselves.

Characters and loadouts:

Two Warlocks: Voidwalker, bottom subclass tree. Empowering rift.
One Titan: Striker, top subclass tree. Small barricade.

Each player ran Coldheart and a cluster bomb rocket launcher. The cluster bomb rocket is the complete key here. The damage output is actually insane. I closely analyzed two of the rockets from my PoV. The damage numbers were as follows:

Rocket 1:
Initial impact - 97,396
Cluster bomb damage - 76,024

Rocket 2:
Initial impact - 104,232
Cluster bomb damage - 91,144

From rocket 1, the cluster bombs produced additional damage of 78% of the original impact. It was 87% for rocket 2. You can clearly see the power of cluster bombs.

Strategy:

After picking up both crystals, two players run the spores down low and the remaining player runs the crystal up top. The damage buff multiplier (per flower) is as follows:

1 player = x1 buff
2 players = x5 buff
3 players = x7 buff
4 players = x12 buff

Eight different flowers glow throughout each phase, and they appear to be random after the first two. Our goal was to destroy seven of the eight, resulting in a x35 buff. We calculated that this was enough to solo two beasts per person, before being wiped. We assigned two dogs to each player beforehand.

After obtaining a x35 buff, we simply jumped up top, got into position, and DPS DPS DPS.

I hope you enjoy this video. Personally, this is my favorite part of the raid. See ya!
