Pan-Fried Baltic Herring
Ingredients:
Baltic Herring - 350 g
Salt
Flour
Sunflower oil for frying
Defrost the fish, wash it, and pat dry. Add salt to taste and let it sit for 10 minutes. Coat the Baltic Herring in flour on both sides. Fry in a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil until golden brown. Transfer the Baltic Herring to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Done!
