How to unlock a locked HVAC compressor by reverse rotation method

This HVAC was sitting there for years without operation which cased locking the rotor of the compressor , I took it to several fixing shops and they said you have to change the compressor or the entire HVAC outdoor unit ,therefor I fixed my self after some trying .
DIAGNOSING IF THE ROTOR IS LOCKED
-THE FUSE WILL TRIP
-IF YOU CHECK THE AMPERAGE IT WILL READ HIGH AMPERAGE
-WHEN YOU TURNED ON THE THE COMPRESSOR IT MAKES A WEIRD NOISE AND DRAW LARG AMPERAGE THEN THE COMPRESSOR THERMOSTATE WILL TRIP CUZ IT GETS HOT.
for the process of Unlocking the Rotor,
We need :
1.Two lines L1 and L2
the voltage between L1&L2 should reads between 380-400v AC
2.A small jumper wire between start and Run
So we gonna shock(ZAP) the compressor to rotate in Reverse direction so that we open the locked rotor
Note/ we power the lines L1and L2
Then we jumper between start and run just for a sec for several times(zapping the rotor) till we break the locked rotor
once you hear the rotor sound rotating you cut off the power , and its good to go ,reconnect the wires and test the HVAC.
