With Kendra Pruitt, chief of staff to Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., and Tristan Wilkerson, head of Think Rubix, the consulting firm that was ultimately awarded the contract for LITfest. Little Rock City Attorney Tom Carpenter unearthed this Zoom call in the course of fielding a Freedom of Information Act request and told the Little Rock Board of Directors it and the city's contract with Think Rubix raise serious legal concerns.
