STEP-BY-STEP SUMMARY :
1. Open your Android phone's Settings.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap About Phone.
3. Look for Build Number.
4. Tap the Build Number 7 times quickly. You will see a countdown message.
5. Enter your phone's PIN/Password if prompted.
6. Go back to the main Settings menu, tap System and you will see the new Developer Options menu !
7. Go to Developer Options and look for USB Debugging.
